"Great from Start to Finish"

We had Ideal Stairs re-finish (clean up and cap with fresh wood) one creaky, dilapidated staircase and replace the other completely. They also did a little flooring around the stairs. Rajan was a pleasure to deal with and an excellent partner on our project. He was courteous, flexible, and attentive, communicating with us daily throughout the installations to ensure we were in the loop as things progressed. In the end, Ideal delivered exactly what we wanted, even exceeding our hopes and expectations in some respects. The stairs look beautiful.

In the fall of 2024, we began searching for a company to refresh our main staircase. After researching companies, we decided to have Ideal Stairs and Flooring renovate our staircase.
